Well, hello there! As you may or may already know I am Cai Ying, I am currently pursuing my degree in marketing at the University of Southampton. Okay, let’s not bore you with what I do at school. MOVING ON!
I love to eat – explains my size……in case you don’t know, I love bak chor mee which is a Chinese delicacy that is made out of noodles, tomato sauce and PORK LARD (the key to a good bak chor mee).
I love to cook! Because there is no better feeling than seeing the happy faces of my loved ones when they taste my AMAZING creation!
Baking? YES! You will never see me out on a Sunday because I am a stay-home-Sunday-baking kind of person, baking is like my charging pod it allows me to rejuvenate and get ready for a brand new week!
